Cons
Inventory and real-time availability can be unreliable. Users sometimes find items shown as in stock within the app but unavailable in the store or marked out of stock after placing an order. That inconsistency can lead to canceled pickups or substitutions, wasting time and reducing trust in the app’s accuracy.
Digital coupons and loyalty rewards occasionally fail to apply properly at checkout. Users report clipped coupons not recognized, duplicate offers blocked, or loyalty discounts not syncing with online orders. Unclear redemption rules and missing explanations can cause confusion and unexpected charges, undermining the convenience benefits the app promises.
Performance and usability issues can frustrate shoppers. The app sometimes runs slowly, crashes during checkout, or offers limited search filters and category organization, making it harder to find products. Additionally, online delivery and curbside pickup are restricted to certain stores, limiting usefulness for customers outside covered areas.
