Latest Update: Multi-pass for smarter and cheaper parking.

The new Multi-pass feature allows you to pre-purchase parking sessions at select car parks at a discounted rate. Additionally, with the option for Auto-renew, you'll never have to worry about running out of time again, even saving an extra 5% on your Mult-pass. This update is perfect for customers who don't need to park every day, providing great flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

Pros:

1.User-friendly Interface: many users highlight the app's intuitive design, making it easy to navigate and manage parking sessions.

2.Real-time updates: the real-time notifications about parking availability and expiry help you stay informed, saving time and effort.

3.Flexible payment options: the option to add funds and manage the budget through ParkMate Balance is seen as a significant advantage.

Cons:

1.Limited coverage: the parking options are not available in all areas, particularly in suburban locations or less populated regions.

2.Inaccurate geolocation: the geolocation is sometimes unreliable, and incorrect location results in unnecessary parking fines.

3.Subscription confusion: some users find the subscription options unclear, leading to confusion about costs and commitments.

Is ParkMate cheaper?

ParkMate can be cheaper compared to traditional parking options, especially in urban areas where parking fees can be high. The app often provides discounts, special offers, or loyalty rewards that may help users save money. However, pricing can vary based on location, time, and availability, so it's a good idea to compare rates with other parking services in your area.

Are there any hidden fees?

ParkMate aims to provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and users are aware of the total cost before confirming the booking. But if you exceed your parking time, additional charges may apply. It's important to monitor your parking duration to avoid extra fees.
