Shop online and track your Pick-up order

You can search and add products to your trolley and organise your order to be delivered, or pick it up from one of our stores.

We’ll notify you when your Pick up order is ready — simply let us know when you’re nearby so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Sort your shopping list by aisle to save time

Create and manage your shopping list on the go and check items off as you shop in-store. Even better, your list is organised to help you shop faster at your local Countdown store. You can also send your list to our online shopping website or share it with family, friends or flatmates.

Our product locator map helps you to find things in an aisle

Do you spend too much time wandering through the aisles struggling to find items like ice cream toppings or custard powder? The product locator now displays a map showing you where you'll be able to locate those hard-to-find items in your local store.

Never miss a special with our app

Browse the products you love on special and add them straight to your shopping list or trolley.

Boosts are unique offers created just for you based on how you shop with us. They can help you discover new products, save more money and get rewarded faster. The app will help you keep track of them week by week.*

* Boosts are individual and change weekly. Customers are not guaranteed a Boost every week. Rewards and discount Boosts are based on a minimum spend.

Easily earn and track your Onecard rewards

Your Onecard is now available on the app as a digital card for you to easily scan when you're in-store — no more carrying it around in your wallet. You can also view your Onecard balance in real-time and track your progress, whether you’re registered to earn Onecard points towards e-vouchers or AA Smartfuel discounts.
