Con

1. User Interface Issues: FirstCry app users have reported occasional glitches and navigation difficulties within the app. The interface may not be as intuitive for all users, leading to a frustrating shopping experience when trying to find specific items or categories for their children.

2. Delivery Concerns: There can be inconsistencies with delivery times, with some customers facing delays beyond the promised date. This can be particularly inconvenient for parents who need products urgently for their children.

3. Limited Product Information: Some users have noted that the product descriptions and specifications are not always comprehensive, making it tough to make informed decisions. The lack of detailed information can lead to dissatisfaction if the product does not meet expectations.
