Because your body is made up of 70% water, it is vital to stay hydrated.
By the time you want to drink water, your body is already dehydrated.
It's not that we don't want to drink water.
It's just hard to remember throughout the busy day.
This is why we created Water Tracker.
Water Tracker will set automatic smart water reminders throughout the day.
You can set water reminders every 1.5hrs to 3hrs.
Just input how much water you drank at the moment on the water reminder.
