What if my event is cancelled or postponed due to Coronavirus COVID-19?
If the event is cancelled because of the Coronavirus COVID-19, Ticketmaster will contact you to confirm the time to process a refund and the action that you need to take.
If the event is postponed, the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. For those who are not available on that date, they can get a refund.
