Pros

Save more with personalized digital coupons, weekly ad highlights, and exclusive in-app promotions. The Jewel-Osco app automatically applies coupons, curates sale items based on your shopping habits, and features store loyalty program integration like Fuelperks for added value—helping users find the best grocery discounts quickly and maximize savings on every trip.

Get groceries delivered or pick up curbside with flexible scheduling, same-day options, customizable delivery instructions, and real-time order tracking that notifies you at every step. Easy repeat ordering, intuitive shopping lists, and barcode scanning speed up trips. The app streamlines checkout and contactless handoff for busy households.

Personalized recommendations, saved shopping lists, recipe ideas, weekly ad alerts, and tailored promotions help plan meals and simplify shopping. The app syncs preferences and purchase history to recommend relevant items, manage subscriptions, and alert you to price drops—making grocery planning smarter, faster, and more efficient.

Cons

The Jewel-Osco Deals & Delivery app can tack on significant costs—delivery fees, service charges, and minimum order requirements that inflate small orders. Peak-hour surge pricing and expected tips often make online shopping noticeably more expensive than in-store trips, especially for single-item or quick grocery purchases.

Users report inventory inaccuracies in the Jewel-Osco Deals & Delivery app—items shown as available may be out of stock, prices or advertised deals can change between selection and checkout, and substitutions sometimes arrive without clear consent. These inconsistencies cause order errors and disappointment when promotional savings fail to apply.

The app’s performance and usability can be frustrating: slow load times, occasional crashes, and a cluttered interface make browsing deals harder than it should be. Search and filtering are limited, and digital coupon clipping or loyalty account syncing sometimes fails, complicating checkout and undermining confidence in the shopping experience.
