If you're already a PensionBee customer, just download the app and enter your login details.

If you're not a customer yet, signing up to save and invest with us is easy - just follow the instructions in the app! We just need some basic details, like your national insurance number and your old provider information.

By signing up this way your money will be invested in our most popular plan - Tailored - which automatically moves your investments into safer assets as you grow older. There are seven PensionBee plans to suit different savings needs and they’re managed by four of the world’s largest money managers - BlackRock, State Street Global Advisors, Legal & General and HSBC. You can change your pension plan at any time. For those interested in ESG investing and socially responsible, sustainable investments, we offer a Fossil Fuel Free Pension.

Once you’re a PensionBee customer, you’ll be able to:

- View the value of your new pension or self-employed pension

- See how your plan’s investments and funds have performed over time

- Track outstanding pension transfers from old providers

*Why should I consolidate my pensions with PensionBee?*

With PensionBee, you can easily manage your pension online and take control of your retirement plan. You can see your current pot size, your projected retirement income, and set up regular or one-off contributions in just a few taps. As soon as you reach the age of 55 (57 from 2028) you can also start making pension withdrawals or purchase a pension annuity. Your personal BeeKeeper can help you with anything you need and our pension calculator can tell you whether you’re on track to meet your retirement goal.

*How much does investing with PensionBee cost and how does this compare to other providers?*

We don’t charge you any fees to transfer your pensions. There is just an annual management fee, which is automatically deducted from your pension on a daily basis. For pensions under £100,000 you’ll pay one annual fee of 0.5 - 0.95%, depending on your chosen plan. If your pot size is larger than £100,000 we’ll halve the fee on the portion of your savings over this amount.

*Can PensionBee trace my pension for me?*

While we’ll do everything we can to help you transfer your pensions, we can’t trace an old pension without any details. If you don’t have the policy number to hand, we’ll need you to tell us who your pension provider is. It can take up to 12 weeks to transfer your old pensions depending on the provider.

*Is there an exit fee to leave?*

There’s no exit fee if you leave at any point. There’s also a 30 day cancellation policy, which means we’ll return your pensions to your old providers free of charge - assuming they’re also willing to take them back.

We're always keen to hear your feedback on ways to improve things. If there’s anything you’d like to see in the app that isn’t already there, or any bugs you come across, please send your feedback to [email protected].

As with any investment, the value of your PensionBee pension can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you started with.
