ID Photo

Pros

Create compliant passport and ID photos in seconds with built-in country-specific templates and one-tap cropping to biometric standards. The app automatically aligns and sizes faces to meet official requirements, saving time and eliminating guesswork so your photos are ready for passports, visas, driver’s licenses, and online submissions.

Automatic background removal and simple editing tools make professional-looking ID photos effortless. One-tap background erase, replaceable solid-color backgrounds, and quick retouch options (brightness, contrast, skin smoothing) produce clean, consistent results without advanced photo skills, ideal for both personal and professional uses.

Export high-resolution, print-ready photos in multiple formats (JPEG, PDF) and layouts for easy printing or digital submission. Batch processing and preset print templates streamline ordering wallet sheets or passport strips, while offline processing keeps your personal data private and secure.

Cons

The free version is restricted: it displays ads, adds watermarks, and locks essential features behind in-app purchases or subscriptions. Users wanting unlimited templates, higher-resolution exports, or watermark-free photos must pay, which can be frustrating for occasional users who need only one or two compliant ID photos.

Automatic cropping and background removal can be inaccurate, especially with complex hair or lighting. The app’s face-detection and sizing tools occasionally produce photos that don’t meet strict government or agency requirements, risking rejection for passports, visas, or other official IDs unless users manually correct the image.

Template variety and advanced editing are limited. There are relatively few country-specific formats, minimal professional retouch tools, and sometimes low-resolution exports that affect print quality. Users seeking studio-grade adjustments, precise color correction, or direct printing guidance may find the app insufficient for demanding or repeated use.
