MyQuest for Patients

MyQuest for Patients is a free and easy-to-use health management app which records all your lab results and appointments are at your fingertips – so you have the information you need to stay healthy. Not only does it allow you to manage your appointments, it can also enable you to browse or buy your own tests with QuestDirect and share your health information with your healthcare providers. Besides, you can manage the health of your loved ones with MyCircle and integrate your results with Apple Health using the app.

Pros

• Easy to use: the app allows users to manage health information easily with clear instructions.
• Information security: the app doesn’t save the insurance information nor the sponsor’s information of users for information protection.
• User Friendly: users can choose different languages according to their needs.
• Clear demonstration: the app utilizes graphs to demonstrate the recent lab and the entire history of past labs.

Cons

• Login Issues: the app does not have an automatic login function, which may cause frustration and confusion of users.
• The presentation of appointment records is not straightforward enough: users can't find a way to see a list of all appointments they have lined up.
