You can save and share project lists, get expert advice, and schedule installation or measurement appointments directly from the app for end-to-end project management.

Cons

Lowe's app sometimes shows incorrect in-store inventory or out-of-stock items still listed as available, leading to wasted trips. Stock information can lag or differ between nearby stores, making it hard to rely on the app for real-time availability, pickup scheduling, or time-sensitive project planning.

The app's search and filter tools can be inconsistent, returning irrelevant results or hiding useful filters. Category browsing sometimes feels cluttered, slowing comparisons and product discovery. Users report trouble narrowing results by dimensions, compatibility, or specific specs, which hampers efficient shopping for DIY projects.

Performance can be sluggish, with slow image loads, occasional freezes or crashes—especially during big sales. Some users encounter checkout errors, payment glitches, or coupon application failures that complicate purchases. Limited offline functionality also prevents easy access to saved lists or product details without a stable connection.
