KAYAK

Pro

1. Comprehensive Search: KAYAK aggregates information from hundreds of travel sites, offering users a wide range of options for flights, accommodations, and car rentals in one convenient app.

2. Price Forecast Tool: The app's predictive technology analyzes historical price trends to advise users whether to book now or wait for a potential fare drop.

3. Trip Planning: The app offers a centralized itinerary management feature, allowing users to organize their travel details, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, in one place for easy access and coordination.

Con

1. Limited Customization: Users may find the filtering options in KAYAK's app somewhat restricted, which can make it challenging to tailor search results precisely to their preferences, leading to a time-consuming process to find the perfect travel options.

2. Inconsistent Pricing: Sometimes the prices displayed on KAYAK can change upon redirection to the provider's site, causing frustration and confusion among users who believed they had found the best deal on the app.

3. Overwhelming Interface: For new users, the app's interface can be cluttered, presenting an overload of information and options that can be daunting, making the experience less intuitive compared to more streamlined, user-friendly competitor apps.
