Cons

Delivery and curbside slots can be limited during peak hours, making it hard to schedule same-day service. Orders also incur service and delivery fees plus a minimum purchase requirement, increasing costs. Limited geographic coverage means many customers can’t use the service at all, especially in rural areas.

Item availability is inconsistent; popular products often sell out and substitutions may not match preferences. Shoppers sometimes choose lower-quality replacements or fail to communicate changes, requiring returns or refunds. This can be frustrating for customers who rely on specific brands, produce freshness, or dietary-sensitive items.

The app’s interface and notifications can be buggy or unclear, making order changes and real-time tracking unreliable. Users report occasional crashes, delayed alerts, and difficulty reaching customer support through the app. These communication and UX problems complicate resolving issues like refunds, substitutions, or delivery delays.
