My IGA

Pros

My IGA delivers personalized savings with tailored digital coupons, weekly specials and member-only deals that automatically apply to your account. The app tracks your purchase patterns to recommend relevant promotions and loyalty rewards, making grocery shopping more affordable and helping you maximize savings without clipping paper coupons.

The app streamlines shopping with mobile ordering, convenient curbside pickup and delivery options, plus an in-app store locator and hours. Real-time digital receipts, shopping lists and barcode scanning speed checkout. Seamless integration between app and your local IGA ensures quick access to inventory and specialty items at neighborhood stores.

My IGA emphasizes local connection by supporting independent grocers, spotlighting regional products and community promotions. Personalized recipe suggestions, seasonal meal ideas and curated product bundles help you discover new favorites. The app fosters neighborhood relationships while giving stores tools to tailor offerings and reward loyal customers.

Cons

My IGA app’s features and promotions vary widely by location, so some users find limited store participation and unavailable services. Weekly ad deals, digital coupons, grocery pickup, or delivery may not be supported at every IGA, making the app less useful for shoppers outside supported stores or regions.

Navigation and search inside the My IGA app can feel clunky for some users. Product search, filters, and category organization are basic, and managing digital coupons or shopping lists may require extra steps. That limited usability slows shopping tasks and reduces convenience compared with more polished grocery apps.

Occasional account, sync, and notification problems affect the My IGA experience. Users report login errors, saved lists or coupons failing to sync across devices, and irrelevant or repetitive push notifications. These issues can disrupt checkout, cause missed savings, and erode trust in digital offers and account reliability.
