Cons

Performance issues can be a major downside: the app sometimes loads slowly or freezes, especially during peak shopping times, which can interrupt browsing and checkout. Users also report occasional crashes and high battery or data usage, making it unreliable when you need quick, seamless access to shopping lists or digital coupons.

Navigation and interface clutter reduce usability. Important features like weekly ads, in-store deals, and digital coupons can be hard to find or inconsistently organized across updates. Search results sometimes return irrelevant items, and category labels feel unclear, forcing extra taps and time to locate products or verify price and availability.

Digital coupons, loyalty rewards and account syncing occasionally fail at checkout. Coupons may not apply, rewards might not update immediately, and barcode acceptance can be inconsistent between registers and stores. These discrepancies create frustration, lead to manual price adjustments, and reduce confidence in relying on the app for accurate savings and rewards tracking.
