Pros
Fast, secure mobile ticketing and entry — manage, transfer, and access digital tickets in one place. Mobile tickets streamline entry with barcode scanning, reduce lines, and simplify guest transfers and seat upgrades. Integrated wallet and ticket notifications ensure you never miss a game and keep everything organized on your phone.
Convenient in-stadium services let you enjoy games without missing the action. Order food and beverages from your seat (available at participating parks), find parking and entry gates, use interactive ballpark maps, and redeem exclusive offers. These features speed up concessions, reduce queues, and make navigating large venues effortless.
Enhanced live-game content and personalization bring the ballpark closer. Get real-time scores, pitch-by-pitch updates, live audio, player stats, and highlight clips, plus tailored alerts for favorite teams and players. The app’s curated content and notifications keep fans informed and engaged before, during, and after every game.
Cons
Performance and stability problems can disrupt the game-day experience. Users report slow load times, unexpected crashes, and frozen screens, especially during high-traffic moments like game start or ticket scanning. These reliability issues can prevent access to tickets, mobile concessions, and digital maps when timing matters most.
Feature availability varies widely by stadium. Not every ballpark supports mobile food ordering, express entry, parking passes, or in-seat services, so fans may find promised features missing or inconsistent. This inconsistency forces users to rely on different team apps or traditional lines, reducing the app’s overall convenience and predictability.
Ticketing and purchase processes can be confusing and costly. The app sometimes redirects buyers to third-party vendors, adds service fees, or delays barcode delivery, creating stressful situations for last-minute purchasers. Limited in-app customer support or unclear refund policies make resolving ticketing problems slow and frustrating for users.
