Con
1. Limited Audience: Amex Experiences is exclusive to American Express card members, which limits access to the application to a certain group of users, excluding individuals who do not have an American Express card.
2. High Costs: The application may feature premium events and experiences that can be expensive, potentially making it less appealing for cardholders who are budget-conscious or looking for more affordable options.
3. Possible Overwhelm: Amex Experiences offers a vast array of events and experiences, which can be overwhelming for users trying to navigate and choose from the many options available, leading to a less user-friendly experience for some.
